Social Worker (GECC)

Hello, I’m Melissa McDonough the Social Worker at GEEC.  This is my first year at Goodyear and I am so happy to be a part of your child’s pre-school team.  My goal is to support all students Social Emotional learning and growth while they are in pre-school.  I aim to create a supportive environment for students to thrive by always seeing the whole child and working towards strengthening school-family partnerships.  This is achieved through a variety of services, including skill-based lessons, individual student supports and connecting families with community resources.
